Your Account

How do I create an account?

When you click on Proceed to Checkout in your shopping cart, you will arrive at the account registration page. If you are a first time visitor, you will be asked to fill out a brief form. Your e-mail address will become your user name for your account, and you will choose your own password.

Why do I need an account?

You will need an account to place an order (including free monthly e-books). It will also prevent you from having to re-enter some of your information each time you purchase online.

How can I change my information?

To change your name, grade level, address, phone, and e-mail address, log into your account and click on the "Edit account information" link.


Ordering

How do I order?

There are two ways to add items to your shopping cart:

  • If you know the item number of the product you would like to add (for example, if you are ordering from one of our catalogs), simply enter it in the "Quick Order" box at the top the page. If you are using this feature, please enter the item number as three letters followed by numbers, with no spaces or dashes.
  • You can search our online catalog or browse our virtual catalog for the product(s) you want. You can add each product to your cart from its individual description page or from the search results.

When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Can I save items in my shopping cart and purchase them later?

Yes. Items added to your cart will be saved for 45 days.

How can I order from a printed catalog?

If you know the item number of the product you would like to add (for example, if you are ordering from one of our catalogs), simply enter it in the "Quick Order" box on the top of the page. How do I locate products on your site?

Use the Search box at the top of the page to search by title, keyword or item number. In addition, use the advanced search by clicking on the Shop Online tab at the top of the page. Here you will be able to search by product type, subject, grade level, series, or topic.

How can I get more information about a product?

For most titles, you can download the table of contents and sample pages in .pdf format. (You will need Acrobat Reader to download view these documents. Click here to get it for free.)

Our Customer Service Team is also available Monday through Friday, from 6:00am until 5:00pm Pacific Time to answer any further questions you may have.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in creating quality products for your classroom. If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it within 90 days. We will issue a credit or refund your money--whichever you prefer. (Shipping charges are not refunded.)


Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Domestic orders sent via standard shipping should arrive within a week. Please contact us at 888-343-4335 if you do not receive your order after 7 business days.

Standard shipping on domestic orders

We use UPS, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground for our standard shipping. Delivery (in-transit) time is approximately 3-5 days.

How much is standard shipping for domestic orders?

$5.99 for orders up to $20.00
$8.99 for orders between $20.01 - $40.00
$10.99 for orders between $40.01 - $60.00
$12.99 for orders between $60.01 - $100.00
11% of the order total for orders over $100.00

Expedited shipping on domestic orders

We offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Next Day and 2-Day shipping options are available on orders placed by 4:00pm ET on business days and are delivered Monday through Friday only (not on Saturday or Sunday). Expedited orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

How much is expedited shipping for domestic orders?

Do you offer expedited Canadian or international shipping

Yes. Please call 714-230-7089 for an expedited shipping quote.

Can I track my order?

If your package was shipped via UPS and you provided us your e-mail address, you may track your package by clicking on the Track Order link at the top of the page. Your order confirmation number and UPS tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Use these numbers to track your package online.


Payment

Which credit cards do you accept?

VISA and MasterCard.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. After clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button in your shopping cart, select the School Purchase Order option. You will be asked to enter the purchase order number before completing the order. Please note that at this time, purchase orders can only be used for physical items that will be shipped. Digital goods such as e-books and subscriptions must be paid for by credit card.

Will sales tax be added to my order?

Sales tax will be added to all orders from the following states: CA, IL, IN, KY, MA, PA, TX, and WA.

You can request our paper catalog by filling out this form.

Can I view your catalog online?

Yes! We now offer visitors to our web site the chance to browse through our printed catalog by clicking on the View Latest Catalog link at the top of the page.

Can I reproduce these materials for my class?

Classroom teachers may reproduce copies of materials in our books for classroom use only. The reproduction of any part for an entire school or school system is strictly prohibited. No part of any publication may be transmitted, stored, or recorded in any form without written permission from the publisher. To obtain permission, please fill out our Copyright Permissions form.

What are TCR Levels?

Because students within any given classroom may vary widely in academic skills, some of our products have "levels" rather than specific grade designations. This gives teachers the flexibility to select products that will be appropriate for the skill levels of their students.
